I prefer to play a juke and hide survivor. Soon as I can, I use IW3 to hide, Lithe is more beneficial than Sprint Burst for this. Sprint Burst is more "on demand" but also just helps avoid getting hit at the start of a chase.
Balanced Landing is good on Haddonfield and that's it imo.
Lithe is arguably the best, cause it's applying to more maps
BL is good on maps like Haddonfield or Swamp
Sprint Burst is just good
But since i play with Decisive Strike, i rather use Sprintboost, so i can cover more distance after the DS stun.
Lithe: you can run whenever you want to without consuming your speed boost. When you jump over a pallet or window, the killer has to go around the window or break the pallet. Making it a really good escape tool.
Sprint Burst: Gives you that initial distance from the killer, but generally he will still chase after you. But the plus with this over Lithe is if you can last long enough it may be recharged again mid chase.
Balanced Landing: The plus over the other two perks is that when you fall you do not get the landing stun, so even if you don't have it charged you can still fall down a hill or building without stopping once you land, which if the killer is behind you will get you dead. Unless your Nea, most killers will not expect you to use this either.
I have used all three of these perks and had scenarios where each has saved me from dying where the other perks would not have. Umtimately I say Lithe has gotten me away from the killer more often than the other perks though.
