My order is in progress on the 10th day. The order was sent last Friday, but I still have not received the mail. But I wait for reference. lol

It's not fully functional. I bought a Pizza Dwight shirt a day or two after the start. Apparently they lost my order - FOUND IT - said they would ship it 'tomorrow' ('tomorrow' was 5 days ago) - contacted them - apparently their servers failed and they don't have stock. They did have stock when I ordered it, it was just never sent. Then they expect me to wait 2 weeks for more stock.

Orders that have the "T-Shirt Special" are insured and can be tracked, but only on a german website with a hellish complicated process. We've added this option due to several requests of a cheaper shipping method. While it has its flaws (tracking is not fully integrated into our mailing system as those labels are created manually as opposed to automatically with DHL), it gives clients across the globe the possibility to get their hands on apparel for "fair" shipping costs.

We are always looking into cheaper shipping options, but as a matter of fact, we pay MORE than 19.99 EUR for a parcel to the US. There is NO cheaper way for an insured parcel to the US and believe me when I say that we checked with all major shipping companies. You could always do a group order with friends and split the shipping costs. While the shipping costs for a single mug might seem high, it doesn't matter if you order one mug or 4 mugs, 2 shirts and 3 sweaters, it still stays at 19.99 EUR.

Regarding missing codes: As I already stated, we will look into all requests that come in by mail. We don't work on weekends so your reply might take a while.

The mugs sold out pretty fast and we reordered them together with the "Bloodletting Red" shirt and the "Dwight Shirt", but it might take up to 3 weeks before they are available in our warehouse.

All orders that are placed / have been placed during the time of the promotion will receive a code, no matter if you've ordered a mug and have to wait until we have a restock :)

Are you guys having issues shipping to the US and Canada? I have talked to several of my friends living in NA who placed an order at least 10 days ago and still have not received anything....

The merch is so expensive when its in Euros, is there any chance the store will sell from a US manufacturer instead? I'm in Australia and currency conversion to Euros will mean I am paying more than $100 for a t-shirt and shipping.

How on earth do you get this calculation? A shirt is 29 AUD, shipping for up to 2 shirts is about 14.50 AUD - 45 AUD is not really 100 AUD, is it?
