Legion and No one escapes Death
Trying to choose perks to use in the future once I get to work on Legion. Does No One Escapes Death affect their ability? or will it just put the survivors in the bleed-timer?

NOED only triggers a down on an M1 hit.

Please. Don't use NOED. It's a trash perk.

For survivors? Yeah.
For killers? Its their "hatch". Except it also takes away a perk slot.

For the most part I have not used it. I started to use it on Gunslinger to tip the scale in my favour when I cannot hit my targets. Or when survivors are too quick to do gennies. As a rule on myself I tend to be more forgiving if the squad I am facing off is noticeably inexperienced.
No One Escape Death only affect his M1 (not his frenzy power) on end-game. IMO it's better to rely on perk that makes his stalling game even more effective. Something like Thanatophobia or sloppy butcher works wonders on legion!

It's actually a really good perk to use nowadays. A lot of survivors tend to rush generators so they forget to cleanse totems, you can secure kills off of it especially if most games end too quick from gens being done fast.

ayyy the same man!

ohh i forgot, ruin is also pretty doable on legion. Since legion general playstyle kinda force survivors to be away from gen (for healing). It makes your stalling game even more godly!
Though if they keep working on gen, and you're dope at chasing game, you might get yourself an easy down! :lunar2019piginablanket:

Sloppy Butcher also only works on m1 hits

Interesting, what effects can you apply to their frenzy? if any at all? and I have noticed in my games with Deathslinger that... most ppl will ignore totems.

At most I have seen one group of survivors cleanse one or two, and even more rare somebody going for the hex once active. I even avoid patrolling its location to make it easier on them.

Wait, it might not be working on the mending state. But does it work when healing from injured to healthy state when you hit them with frenzy?

It doesn't anymore, they patched it ages ago.

Can't say so playing against red ranks. Especially against swf parties. There is a high risk to lose all the totems before the endgame starts.
Also endgame perks are kinda lame because there could be anything better to use during the main game phase to prevent people from doing gens.
