EDIT: Oh! You're right, I looked it up and they're the mascot of something from Silent Hill 3 (Game).
Yeeeaah... I understand, I mean, I don't have anything against funny looking skins such as 'Mr.Puddles' (Clown), but these are a bit different. But who knows, maybe they're going to look creepy in game. I imagine seeing this bunny running at me on the new map. :P
Back to your question:
This is actually a good question since this is the first time ever in DBD where an original character gets a licensed skin. Having these skins as a reward for the upcoming event would make sense for me.
Bloody furries with desire to stab you are scary...
And I'm not saying other licensed Killers or Survivors are a bad thing to use on other maps or at all play with them. But it's just I feel like the tone would wear out really bad if these "Legendary" skins are gonna be available for every map.
I'm also unaware if this character actually chases Heather throughout the game? Only seen him harmless peeper that sometimes either helps you or just creeps around.
Iam not sure if it's a good idea... If this collection will be locked on this map only how exactly will it work? This skin will be applied to every legion on Silent hill map? Or if you will pick one of those there's 100% chance to get a Silent Hill map? I understand that you want a FULL experience with every licensed content in DBD, like Myers vs Strode in Haddonfield or Freddy Vs Quentin on Elmt Street, but isn't that cool that you can chase Bill Overback while playing as Piramid head on Gideon meatplant? I think this game just made for fans )
Actually, Robbie the Rabbit can be a stereotype that may grow pretty fast...
I can see this skin being "I bought this skin so I can pretend like this is Silent Hill. And by that I mean hook you and camp or slug camp you." Aka staring joke.
