Hex Totems cannot be cleanse

WTF is this shet? I cant cleanse a hex totem coz theres obstacles that blocking them. Happens to me 3 times. I know hex need some kind of buff, but it is not the kind of way!!!!!

Theres one on lerys right now, in a small room wedged between a blue crate and a cabinet. This pops up now and again.
