DbD video game graphics... what is this?

Now wer the Silent Hill DLC is comming i cant believe my Eyes...

DbD is from 2016 and Silent Hill 3 is from 2003 but SH3 looks so much better.
Why are they making so many DLC but not updating the Graphics?

13Years older but looks way worst then a PS2 Titel.

Muddled graphics, jagged edges, and all manner of lighting bug outs plague a ps2 era game at the resolutions we play today. Your spelling and grammar are also abhorrent which makes this appear to be an even more low effort than one would think possible. The devs have already stated they are working on updated visuals. Unless you're somehow unable to spell "Title" correctly but can quickly create interactive 3D models of all killers and survivors for this game that surpass what we have currently you're just baiting to get some manner of amusement because i suppose you find pretending to be smooth brained to be funny. TLDR; the devs are working on updated visuals and nostalgia is blinding

If you actually had an '03 PS2 hooked up to a tv/monitor from 2003 and playing any title from the same year in front of you it would blow your mind how hilariously ugly it really looked and how out of touch with reality someone would have to be to try and compare that to the graphics in DBD.

i still have a PS2 and all the SH Titels on it.
Ok i play my old Games on a new TV but SH3 still looks good.
Its the Designe that makes it good and not the amound of Polygons that make a Game Beautiful.
DbD has ugly Chars because the Desgine of them is ugly and just bad.
The Killers dont look Bad but the Survivors look like trash.

AND YES MY ENGLISH SUCKS! All of you understand me so i dont see wer the problem is.

Naw i run sh3 on psx2 on 6x render to get to look good myself under default hardware it looks like trash.

So you all watching youtube footage they are using a basic emualor at 6x+ upscale and render.
SH3 was really grainy when it came out. I remember the old days I'm a puyo trapped in a endless cycle of popping.

The Chars looks so bad... just look at the Hair and the Face lol.
More Polygons but just so ugly.

the majority of people play on low settings and even further downgrade the game using their gpu control panel or tinker with .ini files.

everything that gives people an advantage ingame will be used. from lower drawing distance to remove grass, to ini changes that make the killer stain way more visible.

and even if you don't aim for advantages in the game, you still want it to run well.
even on lowest settings the game runs like a asthmatic hippo on certain maps or when having the doctors static effects on screen.

i just don't get it. do people wanna have better eye candy to enjoy while they play a m1 simulator while hitting spacebar a couple times?

Nobody asked for it? well I asked for it.
And a great many people who like nice graphics ask for it. so speak for yourself.

Those who have issues perhaps should play on better computers since their potato will not do forever.

Maybe you are perfectly happy, having lower standards in visuals like others, but graphics do matter in games.

So yeah we ask for good graphics. Don't say "nobody asked for it". You didn't maybe.

Some value graphics above all else...

But coming from someone that grew up playing Sega and Gameboy, I have pretty low standards.

Fair enough. some have lower standards, some have higher standards. You can still lower your graphics later I'm sure if you don't care about quality. But good graphics matter.
