Purchase keeps failing

I have bought things on DBD many times, but this time it is saying purchase failed. I am trying to purchase some auric cells and i keep getting an error that says, "PURCHASE FAILED. The purchase has failed but you were not charged for this purchase. Please try again later." Does anyone have a fix for this?

Check “Account Details” then go to “Purchase History”

See if there is something stuck in “Pending”, if there is, cancel it and then try your purchase.
