killer is revealed during the loading screen

so..i thought the whole point of the game was that survivors arent supposed to know who the killer is until the game starts.

yet i get the ocassional loading screen tip that gives tips on how to face the specific killer thats in the game.


what causes these tips to appear?

people can reveal killer in the lobby too, i recommend changing at 0:06 like survivors do sometimes

If you're new to the game it gives a hint to the killer you are facing. It will stop giving them eventually.

This occurs for your first time facing each killer. But only once, without exploits.

The number of times it will show it varies some say one some say five.

Twice, actually. I just started playing in jan.

I have seen sideways references that it is possible to reset or clear some flag that will start showing those hints again though...dont know anything about it myself.

no that's the solution to it by switching last second so the survivors cant prepare perks against killer, survivors can see who killer is anytime in the lobby without downloading anything like hacks

The loading screen kind of does give it away from time to time. There are also exploits out there that reveal lots of other information in the lobbies. Which is why Behavior needs to do a better job at stuff. But they wont.
