Pbt not working

I'm currently trying to join the dbd public beta testing but it for some reason keeps saying invalid code does anyone know the code?

restart steam, preferences, beta tab, select ptb. There is no code

How to access the Player Test Build
Opting in
Close the Dead by Daylight application
Right-Click the Dead by Daylight Application in your Steam Library
Access Properties
Access the "Beta" Tab
Select "public-test" from the dropdown
Restart Steam (not required, but this updates the UI properly and kicks off the download)

Opting out
Close the Dead by Daylight application
Right-Click the Dead by Daylight Application in your Steam Library
Access Properties
Access the "Beta" Tab
Select "NONE - Opt out of all beta programs" from the dropdown
Restart Steam (not required, but this updates the UI properly and kicks off the download)

To restart steam if you can't access the test then you need to hit the word "steam" in the icon on the top left then "exit" if you don't need the public test in the tab. (I had trouble so I thought this could help and it was on their website so I thought it could help.) See you in the fog B)

Is it functioning for you guys? It's acting weird for me; I've downloaded it but it won't launch? It keeps telling me that it's updating. O.o

Please give it time due to the large amount of people accessing the PTB there is bound to be slowdown.

Mines downloading so Ill get back to ya but Id say just give it sometime to adject since its new and the amount of people who must be joining it now might make it slow
