I keep disconnecting in every match !!!

Please anyone help me i keep disconnecting randomly from the match !!
i have 1 hour cooldown now !!
i cant play a single match it keeps disconnecting , my internet is fine and every other game is running normally with no problems !!

Try validating the game files in steam?

everytime i submit a ticket they reply with this

1.) Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run"
2.) Type "cmd" (without quotes) and hit enter to bring up "Command Prompt"
3.) First, type "ipconfig /release" (without quotes) and hit enter
4.) Second, type "ipconfig /renew" (without quotes) and hit enter
5.) Lastly, type "ipconfig /flushdns" (without quotes) and hit enter
6.) We also advise repairing/reinstalling EAC
7.) Restart your computer

Also, please do the following on Steam to confirm that your game files are not corrupted:

1.) Go to your Steam Library
2.) Right-click on Dead by Daylight
3.) Click 'Properties'
4.) Click on the tab 'Local Files'
5.) Click 'Verify Integrity of Game Cache'

BUT IT ACTUALLY DOESNT WORK.

Same here. Tried to play four matches today, only was able to play one. I keep getting dc'd due to not "being connected to the internet".
First time it wasn't me. Second time it was actually my modem restarting. I was able to play through a match but I had some lag at one point. Next match was the third time I was DC'd. But I noticed the steam's friend list I got disconnected from that but everything else was fine. Don't know if Steam is helping to cause an issue or not.
I've never had an issue like this before. My internet is pretty stable. I've already verified the game's files but it found no issue there. Restart PC.

matchmaking uses Steam Friends - if you lose your connection to friends, you will get booted.

This is actually a common thing to happen at ~4pm pacific time every Tuesday when they do maintenance, but friends can drop out at any time.

This has been an issue in games that use the Friends framework since Left 4 Dead was released.

Awh :( It just happened again. Got one match in, and then the next one I got DC'd, looked at steam friends and saw I lost connection to it. Any idea what can be causing it? o. O

The same thing is happening to me. I've disconnected so many times between trying everything to fix it, that I now have a 24 hour timeout. I've emailed the "customer service" people and done everything they've recommended and nothing has worked.

through cmd alongside while you are playing. That way you can actually see if your internet connection was fine when you were kicked out.

A few minutes ago, a survivor DCed in a match that was going well.
I was healing him, 1 gen to do an we were out.
Pop, DCed.
That wasnt a ragequit.

Some routers have log which can tell you if there is problem with your connection or DBD server...

If the issue hits lots of people, it's not a "home" issue.

To all affected, maybe you have things in common.
_ what is your approximate geographical location?
_ what kind of bandwidth do you have?
_ what kind of connection do you have?
_ do you share with other persons in the habitation?
_ something else

I have the same problem. Was disconected 3 times today, at the end of very lucky games. i don't know what's happening - but it's obviously not our fault - a HUGE amount of people have this thing.

No the match dc is not related to steam friends connection.
i literally dc at any time of any day !
i also dc in few matches in row ! i got up to 1 hour cooldown now and it will increase...

the weird thing is am on discord and i still can talk and hear my friends while being disconnected from the match , my network is fine. every other games is smooth af
this problem started with me since the dedicated servers :)

Checking file integrity fixed it for me, apparently. I´ve played some rounds after it and there are no crashes.
