Spirit Fury+Enduring is a classic combo that Billy can make good use of. Allows you to play as a complete Gorilla, just letting every pallet slam into your face.
Pop goes the weasel is a meta perk that's universally good on almost every killer (some would argue against killers like Huntress using it.) It gives you more time, which is the most valuable thing you have as a killer.
Corrupt Intervention is a perk that helps you in the early game. It's a very good perk, but Hillbilly doesn't really need it. You're already chainsawing to the other side of the map in like five seconds. Killers like Hag and Trapper really love it though.
You're most likely better off getting Spirit Fury or Pop.
PoP is probably the best one you mentioned
Spirit fury and enduring is good too since you can disrespect pallets all game that way and have it work in your favor more so on billy since he gets stunned at pallet slams on chainsaw runs easily unlike a skilled leatherface
Corrupt can be good but I think it shines on characters trying to set something up like permanent t3 Myers for example
i suggest swapping out enduring for knockout, it works great with infectious fright.
