How can i use Decisive strike efficiently?

Since i got DS, i did not get the chance to use it all, mostly because in high elo (rank 5 and above) the killers slug u until the 60sec DS timer runs out, then hook you, how do i use it then?

Hide in the Locker as soon as the Killer get's close during a chase. If he picks you out of it, there's nothing to save him.

Hop in a locker and then they either wait outside the locker or pull you out and you get to attempt to use it.

its not guaranteed you can always use DS in every match.

even so I still use it, just to be safe. its a game changer :p

Let's say, In a good match you can't use it. Either you don't get catched amyway or the Killer is busy with non-tunneling.

Jump in a locker like all those above stated, increases chances of getting grabbed. Also Forces killer to waste time if they wait.

Use unbreakable with DS, obvious as to why.

Basically this. You bait them into triggering DS. If they delay, this works in your favour since 1) more time wasted for them, and 2) if you got Head On you get a free stun anyway and can continue the chase for longer.

Step 1: Run into the killer;
Step 2: Get downed;
Step 3: Get picked up;
Step 4: Miss the ds skill check.

You have nothing to do, just a skillcheck. Best crutch perk

step 1: Get hooked in the end game
step 2: Get unhooked after someone 99'd the gate
step 3: Run to that gate with complete disregard of the killer even if you are running straight into him
step 4: Whether you make it or get downed make sure/pray that the exit gate is open
step 5: Sandbag yourself next to the finishline and hope the killer picks you up
step 6: Nearly Maxout your survival points from stunning the killer, escaping his grasp and escaping the trial
