Let me put this into perspective..... I had my trapper/hillbilly and wraith all aound level 76-80 and between them I had about maybe a total of 20 Ebony Mori's over 500 hours of playtime.
It takes time for someone to get a ban and people save edit ALL THE TIME.
Next ban wave that guy is likely to be gone.
You know how your save file for Borderlands II (and Diablo I) were stored locally? Well that means it is easy as hell to modify them. You can't tell when people do that kind of modification... do you listen to the extremely limited stats the devs track? There are so many things people ask if they can track and they say no.
Someone showed me a link to an updated hacked save file with everything unlocked. If I recall it has a ton of every item/offering (not quite that many). I declined because I wanted to play the game honestly. I'm about to prestige III the Hillbilly anyway so that's enough for me anyway.
However..... if smoeone figured out an easy way to change the number of Mori's from say 1 to 999 I might be tempted if they go through with those stupid IG changes.
