Stunning him when he's cloaked/uncloaking just does the "escaped grasp" animation and uncloaks him when it's over. Hes not blinded.

It actually doesn't do that animation, it has its own one.

But yeah he's not blinded, it's just quite a big stun.

it doesnt blind him but it forces him to look down so you could say he is getting blinded

He doesn't look completely down though, or at least he looks down slowly.

I would say it's best to say he DOESN'T get blinded, to avoid confusion :p

It burns him actually.. The flashlight is pretty much only good against the Wraith and then its trash against any other Killer who sees it coming.

but you can use some add ons to literally make a laser pointer out of it

when you burn him you can also easily blind him during his burn animation, but it doesnt just blind him when burning

they dont know how to use it properly, its great when hes breaking a pallet - picking someone up
