I'm not 100% sure, but I think it's a streamer exclusive. So it's rare, but not a sure sign of a cheater.

I think you might be referring to the LingIGo nurse head. If it was this skin then its just a streamer exclusive item. Like all streamer exclusives LingIGo may have been able to distribute a few codes to viewers.

That is indeed the mask I saw. Just need some confirmation if that is actually available already or if it is something that is coming in the Charity Case. As many Streamer items that have yet to be released will be in that pack.

It is infact not a stream exclusive you can get it by buying the charity pack which is 5$ as a dlc I’m buying it tomorrow and when I looked trough the cosmetics on the store page it was showing the smiley mask on the list for said dlc
