New vs old prestige

Ok, I'm kinda new to the game and I still haven't figured out the old prestige sytem and now everyone is talking about the new one.
Can someone please explain me the changes?
Or better explain both systems?

Old Prestige and New Prestige works the same and looks the same. The difference is, getting to Prestige is going to get much easier as soon as the developers significantly lower the grind in the blood web.

So what happens to the poor slops who worked really hard to get their Prestige while the new comers get it in no time? Well they get a unique reward. They get an additional cosmetic on top of their Prestige, which is limited edition. Once the new Bloodweb system takes over, it will be impossible to get the additional cosmetic on top of the Prestige (so as far as we know)

A skin / outfit for every level of prestige to that char.

just a regular prestige (bloody clothes/face) item with unique touch on them.

The stuff you get for prestiging before the update is a one time thing so people want it, that's all there is to it.

how long would it take to prestige all 4 surviros, 1k hours+, if your a streamer that is easy to get that kind of prestige
