can we use dbd on a different account?

i bought dbd on 2nd account, but now i wanna use it on main account, but i tried once, i had no perk , no levels

can we use it on a different acount without losing the progress?
like csgo, you can login on any account and still play with your current rank

Family sharing is what OP is looking for. I have some games on my second acc and i play them on my main account.
