decisive strike doesn't work

I hit perfectly decisive strike and nothing happens. Happened several times already. Last time was against a nurse grabbing me from a gen.

the argument is that a feature in the game isnt working. The decision to have it there in the first place is a separate debate. I think it is dumb, but when I get hit with it, it is more of a "ugh, whatever" rather than raging.

If you want it out of the game, campaign for that, ill sign it. but since it is part of the game currently, it should be working as intended.

Except it doesn't counter tunneling
It's a 60 second immunity after being downed and picked up.
It's unbalanced as you can down another survivor hook them
down the other survivor and they have ds at their disposal.
It's the worst perk to ever exist
They should remove DS and NOED altogether.

DS is the worse survivor perk in the game, its as worse as NOED is for killers, i just wish the devs would get rid of them both, its worse then survivors 99ing doors now days.
