SABOTEUR Perk with toolbox
Hi there,
I am wondering if it is better to use SABOTEUR Perk to sabotage hooks alone or with green toolbox which decrease sabotage speed !?

You're wasting a perk slot if you're bringing a tool box. Do one or the other but not both.

No,I dont think so.Because new SABOTEUR Perk shows hooks ....
