Is the Nightmare on Elm Street DLC worth it?

I've sunk a few hours into Dead by Daylight and I saw that there was a DLC including Freddy Krueger and I was wondering if he was good or not because I do enjoy playing the killer so just wanted people who have more experience with him or just the game in general to help me with this.

Definitely worth it for freddy. Not worth for quentin.
Freddy is a top tier killer and even though he's pretty boring with low skill cap he can be really powerfull.

The perks are awful, but Freddy is good.

As a hard Freddy main
quint is trash (also that face YIKES)
BUT even after the rework I can best even the real rank 1-3 survs

the trick to freddy now is you have good map control once you get you gen TP up
and with the ability to change what your power is with addons.

You will find you can catch most people by surprise.

and to keep this short people with Borrowed Time that are asleep are NOT in your terror Radius thus making the perk useless.

I main Freddy.
He is currently the best killer along with Spirit.
