Why do people DC when Legion?

I didn't understand why people where DCing when they were playing against Legion but I get it now.

I know that the killer is broken as f... but I didn't care until the Legion players attitute started being like the ones that I am describing below.

(PS I main Killer but I also play survivor for the lols and daylies)
Valid Survivor Excuses:
The killer has no counter play and it is not fun to play with or against
The killer is basically cancer and should had never been added
BUT
leaving the game and letting the other 1-2 (usually after 1 DC , 2nd follows almost instantly) is just sad

ON THE OTHER HAND... Legion Killers are usually just try-harders (read below before you judge)

Last 3 games with Legion that I played against (Yes .. it has reached the point where I am keeping track now and I am up to 8) after 2 / 3 / 2 DC , the Legion killer is either Slugging (why slug 1 guy when everyone else just DC'ed? or not playing proper either.

For example :
1. One Legion player (as mentioned above) left me to bleed out and did nothing else but stand above me and shake his head after 2 DC instantly and 1 more a minute after. He was like forcing/begging me to DC as well

2. Another Legion player after 2 DC he bodyblocked me in a corner , waited there the entire match (I reported but nothing will happen) while the other guy did 5 generators and left. I know he was not AFK since he was turning left/right every now and then.

3. Another Legion player was moonwalking , guys DC'ed once they figured him out. I did all generators solo after an almost 30 minute match and before I open the gates he DC so I wont get the escape bonus.

Lesson learned Legion players... lesson learned. I don't DC but I totally understand people that do it now and I support them too.

To be fair any killer could do those things you listed but ya all of em are pretty toxic. Hate the moonwalking thing myself and thankfully haven't run across many Legions who do it. Don't do it myself either.

Honestly the most DCs against Legion I get are when I beat survivors fairly at mindgames n such without using frenzy

1v1 me while i play legion. You will never escape and die eventually while i just follow you and look down.

You expect any survivor to win a 1v1 if they have to complete the gens to escape? Yeah sure buddy. If a survivor has beaten you in a 1v1 you should probably re-evaluate your life.

I ran into person in a game and I kinda see a post about it with his/her complains.
I also play legion there is soo much counter play to legion , so you can't stop infinite loops or gen rushing.
What do I do to counter that? don't stay in chase you can't win nor being in a long chase and gen patrol.
Wait for mistakes to happen and take that to turn the game around.



I also seen really bad legions who tunnel when legion is the worst killer to be tunneling with when you should be apply deep wound to anyone who is near by and also a great way to track others down while doing that.

I watched some gameplay vids of him and he doesn't seem to be that crazy. I mean he needs to hit someone a bazillion times to put on the floor.

He requires no skill at all and has a guaranteed down on a survivor. Since he can just follow the survivors and wait for his power to come back, he has no counterplay.

Well as survivor legion ignore pretty much everything in the game, when the legion is bad sure you can juke him easy while breaking LoS or due to him running at another person.

Problem begins when the person playin Legion isn't stupid. You said it takes alot of hits to down someone, well try to just apply deepwound and then run to the survivor again ( run infront of them block their way off just like with wraith) you come out of frenzy and m1. Nothing the person can do about it. It is also popular to end the chase and keep lookin at the ground or away from the survivor while you keep following him so the deep wound timer runs out and at some point he has to stop to mend and gets m1.

You cant get away with windows, vaults, pallets or basicly anything, the only thing that helps is delta split as soon as he runs at someone, mend as soon as he is goin somewhere else, dont heal and do gens.

There also addons that are just horrible like frank's mixtape which reduces the amount of hits you need with frenzy to 3, so basicly 1 to apply it another to end frenzy, wait a few sec and again with frenzy no counter whatsoever.

As killer? Well idk, the vaulting,sliding etc is really fun and feels good but what doesn't feel good is the fact that you will never have a good chase with legion. I like to mindgame etc and that is just not doable with him, he ignores everything and there is nothing in his whole design that requires any skill at all.

Add on that a stupid lazy design and a huge misspotential by not using the gang aspect and you got yourself the worst killer ever made. To top it off, Legion is stupid weak too so you won’t even be successful.
