Banned for non DBD third party program.

Hey guys!

I was banned some time ago from DBD for apparently using a third party program to gain an unfair advantage in the game.

This ban was based on my Steam logs, and where it is true I used a trainer for Vermintide the day before and likely left it on which led to the ban, is there ANY way I can appeal this permanent ban?

The EAC people have said the ban is irreversible, but is there a way I can push them to actually check in game data or match history to prove that there were never cheats or exploits used for DBD itself?

Any help would be appreciated, and thank you!

Lots of games have common anti-cheat used in other games as well as the game you are playing and that anti-cheat has a shared list of cheats which results in ban even if the cheat is for a whole another game.

And the ban wont be reversed, after all a cheat was found.

Just don't cheat, simple as that.

Not even that. Absolutely nothing for DBD, I've only occasionally used trainers for single player games.
