Were they picking them randomly? Does anyone know? Because the last game I had with Camper ended up with me and 3 random survivors being blacklisted on steam (and probably MLGA) because I looped him and teabagged him after nearly getting camped to death.

The words aren't mine, this is written in a post from a community manager. Members are streamers, "In exchange for a little broadcast time", meaning they are rewarded for streaming and promoting the game in some way.
In addition: viewers only get the chapter codes, that will most likely be recieved via giveaways.
