So the incoming Freddy change is going to be Buff or Rework?
people keeps talking around how its going to be a buff. And some people saying Freddys gonna be completely changed/reworked .I really wish i could get confirmation that will they be just buffing his current state or full reworking him.

They haven't said anything. Could be a full rework or could be something small like preventing survs from repairing/healing during transition. Time will tell

I don't get why people want freddy changed.
Sure he's weak asf but hes FREDDY ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Krueger. Not all killers should be god tier like nurse. If they do completely rework him he wont be Freddy anymore. If you wish to play a better killer just pick nurse or something.

And leave freddy alone :(

I honestly dont think he needs a rework. I really like his power and the whole dream world theme. They just need to buff him. Make survivors not able to perform actions during Dream Transition.

The killer that absolutely needs rework is Legion.

I think so too. I have been playing Freddy only for a while and his power is really unique. And good at right hands. So i really hope its gonna be just a buff.

If they will be fully changing him i will probably switch to play wraith.

He'd still probably have the limited interaction. Would it be so bad if they changed his m2 though and, for example, had his song gradually put survivors asleep with a meter like Doc has? To be fair it doesn't really make sense for him to put them to sleep directly anyway. That's not close to how it worked in the films; he should be waiting for them to fall asleep and after they do he's basically God. Shapeshifting, teleportation, hallucination... So much potential for his m2 but instead he got? Drowsiness.

It would be nice to have ultra rare addons to put survivors instant in the dreamworld and removing his terror radius for some grabs like the spirit

It is a Rework. They are reworking freddy. It is not just a buff to how he plays right now it will be a rework that changes how he plays in general.

They’re trying to buff him giving his power a kind of power creep that a low rank killer won’t be able to utlize but a high rank killer will...

They’re adding in a universal form of self-care to give low rank survivors something quite quickly off the bat so they survive easier against it... and the perk will help solo-quers over SWF.

They’re not doing anything bad even though I see some people pre-complain about this (the new self-care)... only way to buff freddy so he’s fit for all ranks.

This is why I dislike Freddy in DBD.
