All depends on if you think youll enjoy her. She isnt tantamount to Hillbilly and Nurse, but she can be good if you know how to play as her. If youre looking for a meta answer (which I'm sure people are going to come here and say no just because she isnt "top tier") Then no she isnt worth it since no killer can be better than Hillbilly or Nurse.

No, not really. Only if you've played all the other killers to death. She's a pretty bad killer without her most powerful addons.

Yeah I've hardly seen anyone play her so It's been hard to see for myself if she's good. I guess if shes not that good then that's why.

I personally have no problems at beating her as a Survivor, all the Plagues are too focused to keep me broken by infection even if they don't have the right addons, which makes the infection build up so slow Survivors can rep like 3 gens while Plague is busy puking on 1 surv.

But the thing is, there is no real proper way to play her without addons, she is just too weak without them, much like Legion, and its a bad sign if a killer is bad without his most powerful addons, plus those instaheal fountains are making playing against her just a pure cakewalk.

She requires some understanding of her abilities and finesse to pull off. Plague's strategy and mechanics don't seem as direct as more popular slashers like Nurse or Hillbilly. She's like a more debuff oriented Legion. Check out some guides and gameplay videos of her. If she seems like someone you want to play, then you should get her and practice it. You may fail a lot at first, but you get better with practice. I've seen a few Plagues keep everyone sick and off gens for the better part of a match.

Plague still does the 3/4ks with the survivors i'm teamed with. I can loop the loop but injured one is going down eventually, then with corrupt purge cause of someone instantly heals not much one can do, you'll be left on the hook.

She's not a strong killer now they nerfed her, but with solo's she's highly viable. They don't learn to play and i've seen the corrupt purge just take them out like Dominoes at the hook more often than i should.

That was so unfortunate. One single movement nerf crippled her. She was never Spirit tier and still got nerfed lol. That right there made me no buy her.

Her debuff means nothing. Oh wow, I'm broken, guess I'll just do gens and leave because it's no worse than running No Mither _and_ I can remove it in 8 seconds when _I_ want to. It doesn't stop you from doing generators or provide enough of a reason to cleanse. It's a very bad power. Want to one shot people? Play Hillbilly. Faster with better map control and better with defense and down speed.

Took a break from DbD, but it seems they nerfed her movement speed while holding puke.

Kinda puts a damper on things.

Overall, if you like the killer then get her. Otherwise, Nurse, Billy, and Huntress are still your best bet.

She's definitely worth them. Every single DLC purchasable by Iridescent Shards separately is worth it.
It just depends, for which one you'll go first.

Personally, I'd decide this way;

5.) Dr. Herman
