It's can save you about 12 seconds, if killer has sloppy butcher (with selfcare). Some math: common healing takes 16 seconds.
1. Self-healing takes 16secs + 50% = 24 secs ( selfcare, no medkit).
2. Self-healing if killer has sloppy butcher - 24 secs + 50% = 36 secs.
If u have botany knowledge, u can save in first case 24secs - 33% = 16 seconds (8 secs save).
In second case u can save 36 secs - 33% = 24 secs (12 seconds save).
As well, selfcare has same speed as common healing with BK
