Tinkerer bug or not bug?

Like we say this is bug with this perk when after 1 use gen got 85% killer don't have terror radius.But surv still got tpp camera and can see killer from far.So mayby this is not soo bad?Like for me this is should be always like this killer without terror radius.Becose even this stealth killers is easy to see from far.

New Tinkerer only removes heartbeat for a set amount of seconds, if I am not wrong.

There's a bug that makes it so your terror radius is always 0, i saw a Leatherface use it and he knew 100% what he was doing since he used it to camp behind walls and always have no terror radius. No idea how to replicate it.

This bug doesn't seem consistent as it didn't happen in any of my games.

Tinkerer tier 2 is bugged, if it activates it stays activated. Kinda reminds me of the old devour hope when tier 2 was better than 3.

It's like taking 3(not 4 or 5 but 3) at school only because you've crossed the wrong square in a test even if you've done everything correct

It is fine. You won't get banned for that unless you provide proof that you do.
