okep thank you ^^ I'll try to find a good settings for it then ^^
I'd make sure by asking them. Better safe than sorry, I guess.
We can call these guys and the ones who use discord like... vip cheaters.
i'll try to set it up and ask you guys if you think it's not too bright since i can't tell myself XD
It's extremely common for people to use different resolutions other than their monitors native resolution for a variety of reasons, and always has been, in practically every PC game ever made.
You can make the red light brighter but it's still exactly the same size, just seems like it's bigger because it's brighter.
You wouldn't see it if they use it cause it's local.
Mostly its just filters of the game scene.
Nvidia Freestyle and ReShade are white-listed by EAC.
Freestyle absolutely sucks though and even worse you have to use that god awful Geforce Experience just to use it which is even more garbage than Freestyle, so I'd suggest using ReShade.

I've been in dbd tournaments and I know what i am talking about.
what's wrong with Geforce experience ? ^^
Nvidia freestyle let's you modify ingame brightness (can be done for free with some high end monitors) and visual effects.
Since it is not software included with dead by daylight this is considered 3rth party software.
3rth party software that gives an advantage and that is against the rules, unless it is whitelisted by the rules.
In other words... use at your own risk.
