30 FPS with RTX 2060... 16GB RAM... i7-9750H.... omg....
How is this possible................ 30 FPS with RTX 2060... 16GB RAM... i7-9750H.... 512GB SSD....

2000 $ of PC, and i get this frame rate........

Unbelievable but... How can I fix it? I have to buy a PC of 9000 $ ???? My god...

I try to restore the game from steam, disable vsync and set 144fps limit, set LOW in game.... no other ideas....

You don't trust me? I attach all the screens on DBD forum....

First of all: You use a notebook.
Therefore ... are your temps alright ingame? DBD is melting hardware pretty good.
Maybe your CPU or GPU overheat and throttle.

Also.. are you using the nvidia gpu? Or did you set a frame rate limiter in nvidia cpl?
It could be possible that you are using the iGPU of the CPU as well.

LOL
9750H..notebook! ah -haha. your "PC" is silly, go play Microsoft office and you will get 100fps.
2000$ of calculator!
L2Chill your cheap tablet.

Perfect example for missing knowledge about computer.
Notebooks aren't that much weaker than Pc equivalents. They suffer from low Energy CPU (still good performance), a ignorable performance loss on gpu (1-2% due clock rates) and often too much heat. Nothing else.
how is performance across other games?
check your temps while in a match, maybe your system is thermal throttling

You need to download ThrottleStop and tune your CPU. In all likelihood, it's probably Turboing too high, hitting a temperature limit and throttling back. Gamers have found that these high end Intel CPUs will get stuck in a cycle of Turbo to 4.5ghz, overheat, throttle to 2ghz until temperature comes down. That completely murders fps... you'd be better off manually setting your speed with ThrottleStop. You might be able to sustain 3.5ghz without any issues. Set up different profiles for different games.

Also check out the FIVR voltage section. You can drop your CPU voltage a bit and see if it's stable or unstable. People have reported 150mv undervolts with that CPU on some laptop models, which can bring temps down enough to get you an extra 400-600 mhz. My laptop only undervolts 62.5mv on CPU and 84.5mv on Intel HD GPU. After that I get sleep resume issues, and around 95-105mv on CPU programs will start crashing.
There currently is a bug with players getting stuck in cinema mode which is supposed to be a setting above Ultra at some point in the future. It has to do with the change in user settings in an odd way. I had to switch to Medium graphics mode and play iwht the game user settings page open mid game to break out of it.
Thats funny because my desktop with a 8700k and "A Real 2060 " almost never drops below 120 fps on 1080p. Sure I may have my setting low but that's for lighting purposes and I still keep my res to 100%.
It's not your pc, I spent about $1500 and it runs at 60fps on ultra

hmm what is 2000 with this Parts? anyway the Game runs also on a GTX 1660 Super average 108 FPS, Ryzen 2700X in WQHD 2560x1440
Ahh I see its a Notebook CPU, have you checked the Game use the RTX 2060 and not the IGPU from Intel?

with Low Settings you only use 75% Resolution Scale and Bottleneck your CPU, thats why you have so hugh Frame Drops! I play on Ultra 2560x1440 all above 120 FPS is useless and bring more stutters, bcs. the Game has a Hard Limit!

I dont undersstand what you mean with blendettes, so you wanna see all blurry with the Resolution Scale? You can change the distance quality manualy.

U can see people better in bushes with low settings
So whats your GPU usage?
Do fps change when changing resolution or resolution scale?
