Can Michael Myers insta kill without down you?

So, I just played against a guy, who just level up the stalker level, followed us, and when the status "exposed" were on, he just grab us (no hit, nothing, with full health) and just memento mori us.
Is that possible?
He just grabbed me while i was running, with full health, and killed me, no hits.

Myer's has two addons that let him kill people when he enters tier 3, Tombstone Piece and Judith's Tombstone.

Yeah, with an addon called Judith's Tombstone.

Myers has addons that lets him do this upon reaching tier 3, yes. Rest assured he is the only killer in the game that can do this.

Classic "tombstone Myers" - requires an awful lot of stalking though to charge tier3 - someone must have fed him WELL!

Well, thats the strange thing.
5 minutes in the game, he insta killed one, 2 minutes later another, 1 minute later another, I just hide, waited until the "exposed" efect was gone, and when it was gone, he saw me, the chase started, and in 20 seconds, while i was running, he got the "level", and insta killed me.
Note: He was super fast, isnt supposed to be slow if he was stalking me?

Yes he can, if it took to much to reach tier 3 and you have nothing to loop around just hop in a locker. You're going down anyway so its better than getting moried

Depends there is a perk called play with your food myers has by default that can increase his speed when he loses chase with his obsession. Also since he got out of tier 3 means he was most likely running an add-on to increase how much stalk he an get off a survivor instead of perma tier 3 myers that takes forever to get going.
