As a killer what is that red horse icon next to my perks while in a match last game?
Anyone know and cares to explain?

I have no idea. What does it do?

Aww i figured it out. its a survivor perk that blinds the killer from seeing hooks.

Yeah, and more wiggle effects to the killer.

It's when you are under the influence of another player's Perk. In this case, it's Boil Over, which increases the wiggle effects and obscures nearby Hooks' Aura.
