monitor and abuse is good on him, other than that just anything that doesn't give you exposed cause you can't use that

I run Refund, Ignore, Make Fun and Never Buy. It's working wonderfully.

From what I'm thinking Sloppy Butcher, Nurses, Thanataphobia, and BBQ
This is just because he's more of a one-hit wonder and then he needs to catch them so with this build is tries to slow the game down for him.

M&a works well with legion

They have a naturally low TR so making it lower helps them get closer to survivors. When chasing a survivor with frenzy, you see other survivors within your TR, so
M&a increases the number of survivors you can frenzy.

==

Strider can be a good perk with legion since everyone will always be injured. That’s personal preference though

==

Perks like save the best for last or “
remember me, perks that get more powerful with multiple hits have strong synergy with frenzy

==

Thanatophobia will often make a small dying light effect on everyone, though the impact is debatable as to if it is worth it. However, since healing is a waste of time against legion it has merit

==

Nurses calling and sloppy butcher are NOT useful on legion because survivors don’t need to heal against them. If these perks come into play, it is because of poor decision making from survivors and only makes the decisions worse for them, but otherwise will not come up.

==

Otherwise standard stuff like ruin still work well.

do a random perk wheel load the game up and walk away from the computer you'll likely average the same amount of kills

The best build for Legion is to play another Killer instead with any build idea you came up with for Legion.
Glad you took the time to come here and complain instead of trying to think of a way to make him better with perks

+1

Although perks aren’t really going to make hen better, I freaking hate people that think this toxic stuff is funny.

(I also hate steams profanity filter because the words I wanted to use were not the ones I ended up using)

This is the best build for Legion, by far. I've played all day, so I should know.

Get a refund. They're worse than Freddy, no joke.

Name one perk that negates the drawbacks of his power and allows him to down survivors normally or to oneshot them. That's right... None of those work on him. Pretty much anything that would make him better isn't an option.

And was that the topic of this thread?

...

Go on I’m waiting. Read the op again and then come back if you have something to say that is related to the topic.

Thanks :)

Hex: Ruin, Sloppy Butcher, Nurse's Calling, Enduring. Putting pressure on two survivors after making them go into Deep Wounds snowballs the game if you can get a few early hooks. Bonus points if the remaining two are altruistic.

I run these perks against rank 1 survivors and I have never killed less than 3 people so far.

1. Thanaphoia.
2. Distressing.
3. Huntress Lullaby
4. Discordiance.

I have two builds

Monitor & Abuse
Hex: Ruin
Bloodhound
BBQ & Chili

Monitor & Abuse
Hex: The Third Seal
Bloodhound
Overcharge

I don't run Ruin with other hexes because Ruin makes them immediately start searching.

Monitor and abuse, Ruin, Sloppy, Pop goes
