Devs won’t do it. It breaks the fundamental style of the game. Not to mention, it’s just disgusting altogether.

Pretty sure they have never said this. Last I heard it was in the works but they were trying to figure out the logistics of having the "hood" and "sweater" being different parts due to the way clothing slots work in the game---the hood would look stupid without being joined to the sweater. I don't think it's scrapped, just on the backburner.

Considering we are getting "Santa" Clown and ugly christmas sweaters for the survivors I don't think a hood with bunny ears is going to be breaking any style.
