This is why I always recommend healing outside the Terror Radius. It's the "Just in case" mentality. It's also why I cleanse all the totems I find, "In case of NOED".
Nurses is one of the Killer's Meta perks because it shows you which survivor is vulnerable and where he is.
It also forces people to go to remote, unsafe places to heal, but this can seriously backfire especially against stealth killers
Disclaimer = I use it myself so i know of its power... some killers have nasty synergy with it
Generally good on killers that have the mobility to surprise the survivors, such as nurse or maybe spirit. Nurse sees where survivors are healing -> blink right on top of them and grab the one healing.
