Only explanation is that it gives a 100% bonus to all categories towards the cap while INGAME so that means you only reach the 8K cap faster (8K per category) while the green ones or others give a flat 50% / 75% / 100% bonus to a category post trial
Let's say you use a green offering with 100% bonus in boldness and you got 8K on that category, you are awarded 16K
For example, the killer perk Distressing at level 3 gives 100% bonus to deviousness category. But that only affects ingame gains, so you reach the 8K cap 100% faster
That's why BBQ is amazing since it gives (with 4 stacks) 100% to whatever amount of BP you gained in all categories after the match ends
Same goes for WGLF
you still don't get that many of them because there are a lot of uncommon offerings
