If it doesn't?
Well, there's that.
'We'll Make It' clearly states in it's description up to a max of 100%. It does NOT stack with any other healing speed modifiers.
'Autodidact' is not a healing speed modifier however, it is a flat 15% increase to healing progression. Technically this does "stack"
thats right, basically the skill check from auto didact is what will make it jump further along, where as well make it it the actual speed it heals, so if someone is using sloppy butcher it would take longer to heal with well make it, its still fast but slower than usual, however with autodidact giving one skill check the bar fills even faster combined with well make it
No it doesn't. The biggest thing people get wrong is that it really doesn't. The perk states:
For each Survivor you rescue from a Hook, gain an additional 25/50/100 % speed increase to healing others, up to a maximum of 100 % for 30/60/90 seconds.
For each person you rescue with tier one, for example, gives you 25%. If you somehow rescue 4 people within 30 seconds, you gain 4 stacks and get the full 100%. If you rescue 2 people within 60 seconds, you gain the full 100%.
For each Survivor you rescue gain additional speed increase to healing others, up to a maximum of 100%
