Ability, design, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lore man, its so lame.
His power, while neat from a meta perspective, just isn't interesting to me like the Spirit was. Her power was incredibly exciting and fun to use and this guy just seems kind of meh to me.
But i hate the non-frenzy animations they appear to be basically the same as the spirits animations just tweaked abit.
It also makes them harder to see. As for gameplay its so much fun slashing survivors many many times quickly. I loved the Machine gun build killers had ages ago (even though it was completely broken and needed that nerf). Legion's play style fits that need I wanted.
In my personal case I would reduce the cool down a bit (like they did with the spirit), make the mending be affected by the anti healing perks, also add the scratch marks while on frenzy.
