Also we have Bill, and the PS4 owners don't. No Bill I assume means no Borrowed Time or Unbreakable which kinda actually hurts.


If you want to see how terrible the console experience is, play the game using a PS4 controller and set you framerate limit to 20 and play on ultra settings. Then realize you still have it better than most console players because sometimes the framerate goes even below 20. Also realize you have to keep paying monthly to have access to the game.
