How is this ♥♥♥♥ allowed? Or better yet, how is this ♥♥♥♥ not popular yet? And don't get me wrong, lads, I'm LOVING this build. The tactical advantage of being able to port on a whim, regardless of whether the Survivor is even anywhere near it, is AMAZING: you can cut someone off in a chase, instantly grab someone on a generator or Hex Totem, or instantly jump on an attempted unhooking ALL WITHOUT THEM EVEN KNOWING WHEN THEY'VE TRIPPED A TRAP. And the 15 second cooldown only counts for traps that haven't been tripped, too! So porting to the wrong trap isn't even much of a punishment. Getting Rank 1 with this is simply too bloody easy, thank you very much for the achievement.

But that's the thing, isn't it? I'm not that great as a killer, i'm just a tactical thinker who knows how to protect a few key points. And "put trap on hexes / hooked survivor, insta-port when cleansing/ rescued" seems just a bit TOO powerful for such a mindless maneurver (sure I could have just NOT done it, but i'm a shameless achievement hunter and I want my 100%). After Hag's recent buff, these add-ons are just too ridiculous, especially if you're using a hex build.

What do you guys think? And keep in mind this isn't a rage thread, since I've only benefited from this ;)

unlike most other red addons, mint rag (+shackels if you want the combo) requires an extra layer of skill to use compared to say insta down hatchets, in that you must both be looking at ANY trap you want to tp to, which can lead to ♥♥♥♥ ups where you tp to a trap that was next to the diesired trap that is quite a way away, also it has the 15 second limmit and requires good prediction with preemtivly tp to a trap to cut someone off.

even then its an ultra rare + very rare so that alone should mean the combo should eb strong, but it is far from broken, as it doesnt come with any insta downs, and has a very fair downside with the 15 second lockout, its mostly the suprise factor and the mobilty that makes mint rag strong.

It sounds like crouching still counters traps though. Or using a flashlight.

The Hag rework changed nothing about them aside from the trap setting speed. They were always very strong, people didn't know because the Hag was played by just a few.
