What DBD can learn from Identity V (IF U AGREE SUPPORT)
So.

Identity V is becoming a more fun game than DBD and there is a simple reason for that, it´s not the Art style. It´s how the survivors work.

You see in DBD survivors are nothing more than just SKINS. In Identity V there is a reason why you would want to pick a certain survivor over another depending on what your team has.

I think Survivors in DBD should have passives or make their perks ONLY THEIRS. Or at least only one of them exclusively for THEM. This way there would be more variety in matches (You got a survivor that is in charge to heal team for example, or sabo hooks)etc...This would slow down games since gens are bieng done too quickly.

If the design team sees this as a big deal and out of hand because of how the community may take it then something else that could be done is make the perks of certain survivors better on them and worse in others. That way if for example you want to go sprint burst. oh well. It´s 30 seconds of cooldown in meg instead of 40 (example).

This would REALLY REALLY. Make the game more fun for people since they would have "Mains" and would try to master certain aspects of the survivor they would like to play.

Dude Identity V got so much more right than DbD. I've been enjoying it much more than this. They put real thought into it and it's all over much better.

The perks tree, how characters actually matter, sabo make sense, killers get buffs from gens getting done.

They put so much more work into the game than BHVR put into DbD

You can stun the killer for 5+ minutes with 4 forward in your team and infinites exist, seems pretty fun indeed

Don't worry. Once people actually catch on they'll notice the flaws and start ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ again.

This would completely kill a majority of the fun and interesting perk builds. For instance, one of my favorite builds:

Empathy/Borrowed Time/WMI/WGLF
Raptor Jesus Build

Even if I dropped WGLF it'd still be impossible. This would only make you see Claudette and Meg every game with the occasional Laurie. Who would honestly want to use Kate when her teachables are literally all atrocious?

It´s In Identity. And lobby dodging is RARELY a thing there.. So no.

Yea. It´s an overall more enjoyable game.. The fact that every character is so different from one another makes it super fun...In DBD they are just different SKINS.

Lol. Kate´s perks are not atrocious....Dance wit me is pretty good and wild horse as well.

If not just make one perk to be personal.
