Doctor and Iron will
Is Iron will supposed to negate screams of madness? In my last game people didnt scream when I electrified them. Additionally, there is Calm spirit you may equip so why buff an already strong perk and make a low tier perk less used? Wierd logic though dis devs make the opposite of the given feedback

Calm spirit always countered screams and spies from shadows. I would not recommend you playing doctor this week as everyone will want to test him and every survivor will probably get calm spirit until this doctor hype is over.

Im asking about iron will because none of the players had calm spirit, that's why I wonder

Iron will is only for moans of pain and pleasure, so whatever happened in your game was just a bug that needs to be reported in the official forum

Its a bug. Iron Will was not buffed.

A lot of sounds are bugged in this game. I have fought many Trappers and Billies who didn't have a Terror Radius heartbeat when I was right next to them.
