Yes.
If you are having problems seeing Windows 10 has this little thing called Calibrate Display Color which can raise your gamma as you see fit.

Where?
Type it in your windows 10/cortana search, it will pop up.

I know that.

Its a feature built into windows 10, anybody who has that version has it built in.

Low is better, it makes maps clearer

Everyone including streamers play on low, the devs actually "balance" for low settings.

It's just that with my bad PC it takes a while to do that. I wanted a faster way like pressing windows key and another thing brought it up instantly.

Would be nice but I don't think its a thing. Its in the control panel options and I don't think there is a bind to bring it up but could easily be mistaken.

personally I just play on low because of the fps, but it does remove some noticeable shadows such as the main menu campfire where it displays both the survivors and killer, not only that but I have noticed on the hospital there are godray/sunbeams coming out of some windows on the outer edge of the map

I basically disagree with everyone here.

I have two setups. A really nice rig with a great monitor and a P.O.S laptop - DbD preforms well on both at their respective settings.

But as a killer I play with the highest settings on my rig and my vision is crystal clear. On my laptop with lowest settings and low resolution it's like looking through mud - especially that corn vision.

Maybe I'm an anamoly..... but I don't find lower graphics improves your ability, but rather hinders it.
