Best perk build to stay hidden from the Killer and Gen Rush?

If you're solo and not on comns (you know, the way the game is supposed to be played) then you will want Bond for stealth. Very good perk that can be used for so many strategies.

I also opened my mind with Urban Evasion and figure out small obstacles that killers tend to never check. Like piles of tires for example.

i run stake out + dejavu + sprint burst + self care, i repair very fast and avoid those cases where the final generators are at close range.

Urban Evasion, Self Care, Spine Chill, Sprint Burst, Bond, Iron Will, Stake Out, any of those perks would be a good option. Although I would recommend getting into some chases every now and again because you will inevitably run into the killer sometimes, and some running practice is good, too.
