Best perks for Kate?
Hey, I'm new to the game and so far the only survivor I'm playing is Kate. I'd like to know which are the best perks to use. Thank you.

Selfcare, Sprint Burst, Decisive Strike, Urban Evasion.

I have to disagree, I find bound a must have perk.

Yeah that perk is great as well.
It's always hard to say which perks someone should run, it really depends on the playstyle of a survivor :)

Since you levelled Kate first, you must already have Dance with Me and Windows of Opportunity. Try to combine them with default perks Spine Chill and Resilience for faster vault speed :)

After that, I advice you to level Meg, all her 3 perks are excellent (Quick & Quiet works well in a windows build), past level 40 you can find them in your Kate's bloodweb.

https://prnt.sc/lcpw0o this is what I have atm, none of the ones you said above LOL
You need to spend blood points on other survivors to get access to thier teachable perks, for example:
Claudette: self care, botany
Meg: sprint burst, adrenaline
Jake: iron will
David: dead hard, we're gonna live forever
Nea: urban evasion
Feng: lithe

Okay, thank you! :D
Best thing to do is first, focus on getting the teachables that you want. Then choose one survivor you like the most and build them up with the perks that you want. Then you can use that character to play with mostly and build more blood points. Same concept with killer.

Dead by Daylight is a journey, not a destination.

Just focus on getting all survivors to level 40 and getting their unlockables first. Survivors are just cosmetics, not actually impactful of how the game plays beyond being locked out of their teachable perks(Level 40 and any character can use their perks).

Claudette is the favourite and most popular because she's the most stealthy character in the game... She has a way of blending in and has access to the darkest clothing in the game as well as coats that have colour grading that blend into walls and dark corners(She has a coat that's the exact kind of brown that some walls are making her near to impossible to see when crouched).

As a first timer levelling up a character I'd say Meg is the best to get starting out. She has two incredible perks and one quite useful perk(Quick and Quiet is underrated), she gives you the best opportunity to create distance between you and the killer. Claudette has a great perk but in order to use Self Care you have to be skilled enough to get away from a killer.

Level up Meg and get that Sprint Burst and Adrenaline. The later is imo the best survivor perk in the game as it rewards optimal plays, such as doing generators asap.

How come Claudette is the most stealthy and not Jake?

This is already a solid build. If you don't have issue finding generators, I would replace Déjà Vu by Kindred that helps a lot solo players ^.^
