I lost my skins from Howling grounds event, help me please

Today I wanted to play Huntress, but unfortunately I did't find the Hound mask in my inventory... I started to panic when I choose David... and... I lost the beautiful jacket too.. But Feng still has her red t-shirt. What happend to my game a what should I do? Please help me.

Did you try to restart dbd? If this didn't worked, there is nothing more you really can do by yourself. The only option is to send a ticket to the devs. I think they can fix that quite easy because you have the Feng skin as a proof that you participated at the event

Thank you, but I restarted the game and it did not work... so I will contant the devs, but I'm scared that they won't gave me the skins back

Well, many people didn't git legacy skins back at all, but what else should you do? Just try and ask friendly

Which email provider are you using? Did you contact the email or did you use https://support.deadbydaylight.com? Use the latter. The email is old.

so, i wrote a ticket and i'm waiting if i can get them back. For what i heard, there's a bug in KYF that makes you lose all those event skins.
