How to 144hz?

The Optión of refresh rate doesn't exist in the options, so is there any way to set the game in 144hz?

Yes, though why one would turn off v-sync and raise the cap to 144 I dunno. I wish I could hit 200fps ... rabble rabble :'(

Well Vsync just syncs the games fps to your monitors refresh speed.
So if your refresh speed is 200hz, and you made sure dbd has no cap by making ite limit like 500fps, then it will just run at 200hz with Vsync on.

Doing this makes my FPS 120 instead of 144 for some reason. Anyone know why this is? I have a 144hz monitor and want the extra frames, but don't want it to be running at 200.
