So, any freddy pros around here who could explain to me how this addons is ultra-rare? I had one of them and I'm going through the different addons before prestiging freddy atm, this addon seemed to be a direct downgrade for freddy. Does it need a specific tactic?

Almost no Terror Radius, takes 2 seconds to transition a survivor into the Dream World, that's why it's ultra rare. Might be better if there were no speed penalty.

It can be pretty fun w/ M&A because it gives you 0 terror radius when not in a chase, allowing you to see everyone through walls no matter how close.

[Terrorize Exercise]

The smaller his terror radius is the closer survivor auras will be seen. Pair it with M&A for best results. But yea due to the speed decrease its pretty bad, devs will probably remove the penalty on the addon when they do his rework/buffs.

I am currently goofing around on rank 1 with freddy. The point is not to see the survivors. I cannot catch them with hag's movement speed. Any rank 1 survivor can loop a normal freddy, but a slow freddy? It's gg already. I can see how awesome the perk might be on rank 15/20s, but on 1?

Freddy is pretty bad at rank 1 in-general. But there are ways to help him stand a better chance, this is the build I use on him right now.

Depending on the addons used I do between 1k and 4ks. He is bad tho.

The idea is not to chase but to surprise. Chasing will make you lose. You get the early hit and catch them later when they're not expecting it.

Sadly, it really only works on Lery's. Same with Mirror Myers.

It works like perma t1 myers but you also can slightly affect game speed as survivors will wast some time trying to get put of dream world.

Combine it with a purple block for a 3-sec dreamwork transition. The first couple of times, survivors will try to stay on gens until the last second, and you can grab 'em before they realise how short the transition time is.

I got my only ever Twitch ban from a salty twitch streamer after I used this combination on his team. (Despite having said "Good luck" in his chat pre-game. Some people.)

I thought they don't stack?

The reduced transition time definitely stacks. I can confirm this from hilarious experience.

My time has come as a Rank 1 Freddy Main.

Red Paint Brush is only useful on maps with a lot of walls that let you pop out from around corners as you abuse your wall hacks to pre empetive strike at people before they can start running.

Maps like Lery's and The Game are the only places builds like this are possible though as everywhere else has FAR too open spaces that give survivors more then enough ample time to high tail it away from you upon seeing you.

Combine it with M&A and you have no terror radius outside of chase.

So, what other addon would you combine it with? I'm currently quite in love with range addon (the green one) and class photo. I only had 5 class photos during p0 and I am honestly questioning why class photo isn't a standard ability for freddy, as it makes the game so much easier on its own, due to you being able to just put everyone into sleep, forcing them to slow down on the gens. The combination with M&A is quite obvious, altough I had it only on Tier 2...

I did just fine with it on Wretched Shop. Not a particularly enclosed map, and with a really really annoying "loop".

Paintbrush reduces your TR down massively, paired with M&A you're a scratched mirror Myers with permanent Aura Reading.

Very fun combo.
