Yeah I agree :D it would be awesome
Yup
Anyways, why that game is scary is because there is suspense. The game builds it up by the creepy music and there is always some background noise you can hear. Chains, screams in the distance etc... and doing pretty much anything creates a loud noise. When you open a door, you feel completely vulnurable because you don't know if there's anyone behind it or if someone hears you open it. And that with going through the poorly lit areas for a few minutes builds up suspense which makes it all the more scary when the monsters finally show up and you get to see them. Even though the monsters are actually kind of underpowered and you get many chances to escape (sound familiar?) But still on my first playthrough I could only play 15 minutes before saying "♥♥♥♥ it" and on later playthroughs I had to take breaks too.
Compared to that, there is nothing to build suspense in Dead by Daylight. There is no background music that plays throughout the match (you only hear music during a chase or if the killer is really close... but no ambient music which is very bad) and there are no ambient noises either. Maps are also very bright and you can see everything which doesn't leave you guessing what's in the next room too much. I mean if you look at the storage room part in Amnesia, imagine fixing a generator in that room with that music and background noises... you'd be on edge a lot more...
