Jeepers Creepers killer confirmed?

Posting this on both DBD forums and Steam, since community seems to be split between the two.

My theory is that the next chapter might be licensed Jeepers Creepers DLC. I might be wrong, but the evidence is stacking up:

1. The mention of "every 23 days" in the dev stream a while ago.
2. Not_Queen posted a response to the Chapter 9 question by saying "The answer is out there, **have a closer look!**" (What do you look with? Eyes, of course. "Where'd you get those eyes?")
3. The description for the newly released Feng Min cosmetic says "An elegant fringe-cut with ponytail. Perfect for creeping and peeping!" (Jeepers **Creep**ers, where'd you get those** peep**ers?)

Like I said, I could be wrong, but that's my theory.

Michael is the only licensed killer they did well, the creeper is an easy license to get as it's a dead series now pretty much.

I feel like they keep purposely delaying it everytime someone posts a theory... I do want Jeepers Creepers.

No, they said that AT THE Time they didn't have any licensed killers planned, but that could change if a license came along.
