Ability to disable maps

We need a ability to disable certain maps. I have repeatedly getting garbage dlc maps as killer and having to leave the game. There are so many unfun maps to play on as killer that end up leaving matches due to getting a bad map, so im playing against worse players and deranking and its not fun for anyone. Me and many of my friends who play dbd just leave after we load into lery's or another dlc map as killer, its no fun. I would love a ability to disable certain maps even if it means matchmaking will take longer.

Ive been playing the game for 2k hours, the game is hard to enoy, and flat out terrible playing on lery's, the game, or the new map. I dont want to leave after the games started, thats why i want the devs to make an ability to disable certain maps to play on, even if i have to wait longer for lobbies

I understand what you're saying and some people just perfer certain maps.

Most people hate the Freddy map. I love it on both sides.

Exactly why it should be an option, so us players who cant stand the devs ♥♥♥♥♥♥ map design should be able to disable the bad maps.

I guess all i can say for now is farm some offerings. We know Devs never add anything players want. Just look at weirdkids petition.

Do that enough times and you'll get banned, seriously. Lery's isn't even a bad map for a killer. Honestly though, what you are asking for is the ability to take away an advantage for other players s you can play the maps you're good at or put them at a disadvantage. That's not going to happen.

As much as I personally would like to play at The Game all day, I understand that map rotation needs to randomized to be fair, and if I don't like that then that is what offerings are for. Just suck it up, play the map, and if it sucks for you then better luck next game.

lol the devs are so bad at being devs they removed common map offerings, so not really anything i can do

no you clearly didnt read what i wrote, i said i want to be able to disable certain maps even if it makes qeues take longer to find other people who also disabled those maps. Once you put enough time into the game you will see how unenjoyable bad maps become

That's probably not going to get implemented because it can be abused super easily. Imagine always disabeling every map except for The Game as doc or everything but coldwind as billy (so you get rotten fields you know). Plus Map offerings wouldn't make much sense anymore on the survivor side. I get your point and I agree certain maps just suck ass but that is pretty much impossible to implement in dbd... It's just the RNG we gotta live with.

Edit: If survivors also could choose we might as well delete The Game and maybe some other maps because no one would want to play these maps if others could be chosen.

The following maps I will DC on because they are fundmentally broken:

Every Coldwind Map (Corn is so much *fun*)
Haddonfield (Contains a literal no strings attached infinite and also the great wall of haddonfield)
Lery's

I do not care what killer I am or what offerings are in play. I will DC on any of these maps.

No one cares if you and your friends disconnect cause you don't want to play a certain map. Why come here to whine about playing against worse players if you DC and derank, that is your fault. Who cares if you don't find it fun anymore because you feel you need to DC. Play KYF or put out offerings if you don't like it.

Comes to the discussion forum and puts out a suggestion, on the non official forums to be exact, and has played over 2K hours. Shows you how much you know about the game.
